Choice Provides Office Furniture Installation Services for a Charity Office Makeover

With the changing of the seasons, makeovers typically happen: hair & makeup, fashion, home decor, landscaping, etc. The definition, according to Merriam Webster, is ‘the act or process of making changes to improve the appearance of someone or something. Have you ever thought about an “office makeover” for a charity in need? Choice Office has decided to do just that and we are pleased to announce we are in the process of transforming the workspace for the charity we have selected.

Choosing a charity was difficult. There are truly so many charities in need of assistance. When we first set out, we were looking for one that would benefit the most from our help, and where we could use our services and expertise in office furniture installation and wall installation, to transform their workspace. After researching several local charities, Camp Trillium quickly became our “Charity of CHO1CE”! They were in need of an office makeover and we were immediately taken with the work they do.

What an amazing charity Camp Trillium is! They offer year round recreational experiences, bringing children with cancer and their families together. Offering over 50 programs each year, they are funded by donations from individuals, service clubs, businesses and foundations allowing families to attend programs free of charge.

Initially, our goal was to provide a fresh and improved workspace with new office furniture installation. This quickly escalated into much more and we are transforming the entire office space by painting, adding window films, and applying various wall murals and artwork that will exemplify the great work they do. This office makeover will provide a more comfortable and efficient work environment for its staff & volunteers.

We are very excited about this office makeover. Planning phases are complete and the transformation will take place between Thursday September 10th and Sunday September 13th. The volunteers and staff have no idea that this is taking place. We can’t wait until they see their new office space.

Our hope is that by getting involved, we can challenge and inspire others in our industry and beyond to do the same. It doesn’t have to be a complete makeover, but every little bit helps. Many of us have services or goods we can offer, time to volunteer, or other means to assist. It’s just a matter of finding a charity in need, making a decision to do something, and taking that first step.

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to help this great group of individuals by updating their workspace. We hope that they realize how much they are appreciated for their daily efforts and for making a difference with the great work that they do!
